2-3 pounds carrots washed and sliced
1 Tablespoon Wildtree's Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil (of flavor of your choice)
1-2 Tablespoons Wildtree's Rodeo Rub
Stir together. Spread on cookie sheet. Roast at 350 for about 45 minutes or until carrots are tender/crisp.
